Regulatory obligation of publication
Under Art. 14(1) of Reg. EU 2024/3012 and Reg. EU 2025/2358, every certification scheme recognised by the Commission and operational for at least 12 months is required to submit to the Commission an annual report on its activities, including a description of any fraud cases and related corrective actions, covering the previous calendar year. The report is made publicly available on this website.
Structure of the annual report.
The Bneutral annual operation report follows the structure and content set out in Annex V of Reg. EU 2025/2358, as specified in document BNE EN NCS8080-2, paragraph 4.2. It includes in particular:

Number of certified operators and groups of operators during the year

Total volume of certified carbon removals, broken down by CRCF category and methodology
03
Number of audits conducted, broken down by type (initial certification, surveillance, recertification)
04
Number of non-conformities identified and related corrective actions
05
Any cases of fraud detected and measures taken
06
Updates to the governance system, methodologies, and reference documents
07
List of Certification Bodies accredited, indicating any suspensions or revocations
Published reports.
The annual report will be published by April 30 of each year.
The first report, covering the year 2026, will be available by 30 April 2027 at bneutralscheme.eu/annual-report and simultaneously communicated to the European Commission.
